Pneumatic Systems
Atmospheric air carries dust, water, oil and particles from worn machine parts. In order to remove these impurities, the air must be cleaned as close to the consumption point as possible. The preparation of the air includes also lubrication if it is necessary.
SMC and FESTO air preparation units are variously combined. The most usual types are 3 element (pressure regulator – filter – lubricator) or 2 element combination (pressure regulator with flilter – lubricator).
